Pottery Workshops at Crafted Hope Brewing Company | East Greenwich, RI

• Hands-On Instruction: A relaxed, hands-on pottery workshop guided by an experienced host. Workshop length ranges from 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the theme — see ‘Theme Details’ section for more info.
• Pottery 101: Learn foundational hand-building techniques like pinch pots and coils, then turn them into functional pottery with pieces like mugs, bowls, vases, or planters. We’ll also show you how to add fun touches like handles or texture.
• All Supplies Provided: We bring the clay, tools, and materials — you just bring yourself. You'll make up to 2 pottery pieces during class, plus take home extra clay for more DIY fun.
• Beginner-Friendly Vibes: Laid-back, no-pressure energy perfect for first-timers, solo guests, and friend groups alike.
• Feel-Good Energy: Enjoy a welcoming, community-centered experience hosted at unique local spots — from breweries to plant shops and cozy cafés — that make the experience feel extra special.
• Glazing, Kiln Firing: Your ticket includes two professional kiln firings + glazing for up to 2 mugs. This is essential so your pottery pieces are food-safe and waterproof. Your pieces will be available for pickup (pickup location TBD). Note that painting your pottery is not part of the workshop unless otherwise noted.

• Ceramic Mug Making: You’ll learn hand-building techniques and shape your own one-of-a-kind clay cup, perfect for coffee, tea, or whatever warms your soul. Bonus: it's just as satisfying to drink from as it is to make!

P.S.  When you see “On the Patio,” it means we’re taking it outside! Soak up golden hour while you sculpt. If the weather is too rainy or blazing hot, we’ll move indoors, still fun, still clay-filled, just with AC.

• Vibe: Workshop takes place indoors in a relaxed, brewery setting, unless otherwise noted.
