Air dry your clay — It will dry white/light gray in 2-3 days and can then be painted. Not waterproof or food-safe.

OR

Fire your clay — It will dry in 7-10 days and can then be fired + glazed at a local pottery studio (find one here). Waterproof and food-safe after firing + glazing.
