What a great event and something fun to do with a friend or for a date night. I would 100% go again. Great activity and the product is awesome.
The cool venue and excellent weather aside (which only added to the experience), my mom and I loved this class! The local teacher couldn’t make the class as scheduled and instead of cancelling/rescheduling, pottery with a purpose flew in another teacher from Massachusetts to run the class! We had a great time making our creations and the teacher was fun and friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to paint and get my pieces fired at a local kiln so I can start using them!
My girlfriend and I had never tried pottery before but we are both creative types, so we thought it would be a fun try. And the atmosphere of the location (local brewery) made it perfect because we could enjoy the drinks if we didn’t enjoy the pottery. But the coordinators were absolutely amazing, giving us encouragement and tips if we wanted to get a little more creative than the basic designs we were given. We were amazed how zen the whole process was and we really got absorbed into the process of molding our little pot and coffee cup. For any guy who is looking for a date idea, you need to try this. Your girl will thank you!
Super fun class! Instructor was very helpful and full of knowledge. My husband and I really enjoyed the class and had lots of fun!
Such a fun experience and loved how my pieces turned out! Would highly recommend for something fun to do and to also have unique pieces at home!
It was really relaxing to make the piece I made and I didn’t realize it would be! It really put me out of my head and into the moment. I also loved chatting with everyone there! I went to the “boob pot” workshop and I LOVE my pot! I also love that you get an entire kit so now I can order clay and paint for future creations (:

I attended an event with pottery with a purpose and had a lot of fun learning how to make pottery and hanging out with friends. highly recommend
I took the pottery class they held at Pinthouse. It was so much fun! I had only taken one pottery class before in middle school and loved it and was really excited when I saw one was being offered where I work. The teacher was really helpful and showed us a basic pinch pot and how to put our own spin on it. I learned a lot and would definitely try it again.
Such a fun night! We were shown how to make different things and how to use all of the tools in such a welcoming and fun environment. Highly recommend!!
