Join us for this planter pottery workshop at Boston Public Market! It's your chance to finally learn pottery, and to sculpt your own planter for your beloved plant babies!

Our expert teacher will cover all the basics, and with step-by-step instructions, you'll learn to handbuild a pinch pot and how to transform it into a variety of functional pottery pieces like a hanging planter, a vase, smiley planter pal, a drip tray for your pot, and more.

Saturday 6/14 from 4:30-6:30PM at Boston Public Market (100 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02108)

Come early or stay after the workshop and explore the variety of vendors at Boston Public Market!

Each ticket includes:

  • 2 hour workshop on pottery basics, how to create pinch pots, coils, and how to transform them into a variety of unique handmade gifts, home décor and functional pottery
  • You'll make + take home 1-2 pieces of pottery
  • All the clay, tools, and materials to make your pottery
  • Pottery trivia with prizes

Note: You can let your piece of pottery air dry then paint it with the included paint. Or, to make your pottery waterproof + foodsafe, click here to upgrade to ceramic pieces, which includes glazing and firing of your creations.
